How to Measure:For tops, measure from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom edge of the shirt to find the back length. This thermal underwear shirt is level 2 in the military Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). Because this mid-weight thermal shirt is an accepted part of the military clothing system, you can be sure that it's an excellent choice for others who have to spend time outdoors during cold weather. The moisture-wicking polyester and spandex material is formed into a grid pattern which increases the insulating capacity as well as the breathability without adding excess bulk. These mid-weight thermal underwear tops feature a zip up collar that can form into a turtleneck for colder weather but can be zipped down during periods of warmth or high activity. The long back tail, and thumbholes in the sleeves provide for additional comfort and fit and make this into an extremely functional baselayer garment. The grid fleece fabric also features anti-odor properties which allow you to wear it for longer between washings. Less washings also leads to greater durability so you'll have this underwear top for longer than a comparable garment without anti-odor properties.
