Shipping policy
General Shipping Information
Most packages ship within 1 to 3 business days via either USPS or UPS. We recommend UPS due to its superior reliability. To insure faster delivery during the busy holiday season, we recommend Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day or "Ground" shipping options. Canadian and US customers may also choose to have your items shipped to our Dearborn headquarters
Signature Requirement
For mutual protection against fraud and theft, many packages will be sent with a signature required. We suggest enrolling in the UPS My Choice program on the UPS website to direct the delivery of your UPS package to a convenient time or location.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
If your order is eligible for free shipping, it must be deliverable by UPS. This means that PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping. You may also select a variety of shipping upgrades. We recommend upgrading your shipping if you require faster delivery. Orders returned for refund sent via free shipping will be assessed shipping costs. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Shipping to Areas outside of the Contiguous U.S.
Due to costs, US states and territories outside of the contiguous US are excluded from any free shipping offers.
Is international shipping available?
Yes. International shipments other than APO/FPO are processed via International Checkout. Please visit our international checkout information page for further details. Canadian customers may also checkout via our regular method and choose to have your items shipped to our Dearborn, Michigan store.
Can I have my items shipped to your store in Dearborn, Michigan?
Yes. Canadian and US customers can choose ship to Harry's at checkout. Shipping is free. You will receive an order confirmation email and an additional email when your order is ready for pickup
Contactless Curbside Pickup at our Dearborn Headquarters
We offer easy and safe pick up at our Dearborn location. Place your order and we'll let you know when you can pick it up. Please note, some items may need to be shipped to our retail store so we cannot guarantee that it will be ready for pickup that day.
What if I order more than one item and they are shipped separately?
You will only be charged one shipping charge no matter how many items ordered or when they are delivered to you.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Your order may be changed or cancelled by emailing us at customer service. When canceling, please include your order number to prevent costly delays. The order can only be changed or canceled if it has not already been shipped or gone to our warehouse for processing. If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Order Tracking
Orders typically ship out in 1 to 3 business days. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. You can easily see the status of your order by clicking "Track my order" in the chat box. Follow the instructions given to track your order.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Unfortunately, shipping carriers such as UPS and USPS occasionally lose or delay packages. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience when these things happen. While we have no control over these companies, once you contact us, we will step through the shipping carrier's established processes that allow us to request that they locate your package and deliver it as soon as possible. Please contact us with any details and we will work to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Please note that since the onset of the Covid pandemic periodic shipment delays have become commonplace and tracking scans often fail to show how close packages are to their final destination. Again, we thank you for your patience.
Shipping/Order Mistakes
In the rare instance when we make a mistake, we will do our very best to rectify it. If we're given a non-deliverable or otherwise incorrect address and the package is returned or must be rerouted, a $15 charge will be applied to your order to cover the excess shipping fees.
Exchanges:
If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part, your item will be sent via free shipping within the United States. To initiate an exchange, please see the instructions here.
