The direct injection method takes the leather upper of the boot and attaches it to the outsole by injecting rubber into the outsole mold allowing the leather to adhere to the outsole as the rubber cools and hardens, thus creating a durable bond.

To provide you with plenty of stability and durability, Thorogood added an engineered composite shank to these black uniform boots.

A comfort weave lining has been added to these duty shoes to wick away excess moisture to keep your feet cool and dry no matter what weather conditions you find yourself working in.
