I have been happy with this purchase. I was looking for a bag that really just had one pocket and this fits. it does have two small snap pockets and a smaller open pocket under the flap, a zippered pocket on the front flap and an open pocket on the back. It does have a zipper you can unzip to expand the bag. The canvas is thick and the stitching seems sturdy. This bag reminds me of all the bags that junk used to come in while in the Marine Corps. The strap is sewn on so I cut it off since I didn't want a strap, but the rings are still on the sides in case I ever feel like carrying my bag like a purse.

Nice sturdy lightweight bag. expands to messenger size to hold as much as a small duffel. I used the Velcro ties to connect snap clips from an old PC bag strap, makes it much easier to open and close. Scotch guard to make it more all-weather. A couple of inside zipper pockets would have great, but overall a nice bag at a very good price.
