These Scorpion OCP ACU pants by Tru-Spec are made to the current military specification GL/PD 14-05A for active duty servicemembers, or individuals and organizations wanting to outfit themselves with the authentic look of the real thing. Adopted by both the US Army and Air Force, this uniform is the result of extensive field-testing and post-combat feedback by the very people who would be wearing it full-time on deployment. Made of a 50-50 blend of lightweight nylon and tough ripstop, these uniform pants are exceptionally rugged and long-wearing for extended field use, and feature the official Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) designed for effective concealment in virtually any environment. Furthermore, a reinforcements on the seat and knees provide added durability to these key areas to prevent seam rips and wear, while "stay tied" heavy drawstring leg ties ensure that the hem of these pants remain in place even in the midst of high-action engagements. Two easy access slanted cargo pockets on each side allow adequate storage space for radios, tools, and extra mags; also featuring drain holes to keep it all from becoming ruined by water should you have to wade through rivers or streams. Additional storage is offered in the form of two lower leg pockets with button closure, along with two back pockets with snag-proof button closure flaps that you won't have to worry about getting caught on your pack, vest, or external snag point.
