Bought the cap looking for something non-military issue in style with the MC pattern. The cap is well constructed for the style, typical of other ball cap style. I took off the front velcro panel so it didn't look like something was missing. The only criticism is the rear adjusting strap is too thin to grip the adjuster buckle and tends to loosen when worn. I can tape the strap end down, sew some velcro to the end, or change the strap material pretty easy but found that routing the strap back through the buckle doubled the friction and it holds well now. Good cap for the money.
