The Propper Men's Kinetic Quarter Zip Pullover is a flexible midlayer for tactical and public-safety personnel. Its main body uses 6.2 oz polyester/spandex fleece, while the yoke and shoulders use a lighter four-way-stretch woven fabric. Both materials are designed to resist abrasion and pilling, helping the pullover retain its appearance through repeated uniform wear.

The stretch yoke and shoulders support reaching and upper-body movement without requiring a loose cut. A stand collar and quarter zipper let the wearer adjust neck coverage and ventilation. Zippered hand pockets at the side seams and a zippered chest pocket secure small essentials, while elastic cuffs help keep the sleeves in place when the pullover is worn alone or as part of a duty layering system.
