With the Fast Access Tactical Trauma Kit you'll be prepared to deal with some pretty heinous first aid emergencies when things go south. Packed inside a bag which converts to carry on your waist, shoulder or MOLLE gear, this first aid kit has over 80 essential medical supply items. Made of heavyweight polyester fabric, this convertible pack has two 4-inch MOLLE straps to which can attach onto any standard PALs webbing. In addition to a large main compartment housing an interior mesh pocket, this first aid trauma bag has two exterior pen sleeves, two zippered pouches on the side and a single zippered front pouch with three interior pockets. In seconds, you can convert this pack from a shoulder bag into a waist pack and if you're bored with that, you can use the top carry handle. For hands free carry, just attach the bag to your vest or backpack. Measuring a 14 x 5.5 x 7 inches, this tactical fanny pack can be repurposed when not using it as a first aid trauma kit.
