The much denser composition of Cordura gives it a higher durability and lifespan rating over the standard nylon or polyester that usually comprise tactical pouches. On top of that, the material is also water-repellent and more resistant to snagging due to a tight weave, meaning that the handgun mags stored in this pouch are better protected from environmental damage, and the pouch itself will last you much longer than your old polyester one. The mag pouch is designed to fit three pistol mags of most caliber sizes underneath protective hook and loop flap coverings.
