High-strength, corrosion-resistant CPM-S30V stainless steel performs admirably for any task, with a satin finish that adds a touch of refinement that also helps to hide scratches and nicks. The lightweight yet durable aluminum handle has been anodized, which not only allows it to better accept that handsome green color, but also resists scratches and fading to keep it looking good as new after years of use.
