All measurements are in inches. Measure horizontally from end to end where the belt loops are located for the waist. For the hip width, measure horizontally from cargo side pocket to cargo side pocket. The inseam length can be found by measuring from the crotch down the end of the BDU Pants. Use the chart to find your measurement. (Short Inseam 29.50 inches, Long Inseam 35.50 inches)
Basic Military Rip-Stop BDU Pant
These lightweight yet durable rip-stop military cargo pants are ideal for uniforms, outdoor or casual wear. The classic Battle Dress Uniform pant has been used by military forces around the world due to the functional and comfortable design. These summer weight army fatigue pants include a total of 6 pockets including two large side cargo pockets, two front slash pockets and two pockets on the rear. The pockets on the rear and sides can be secured via button top closures. The waist has adjustable tabs on either side to allow these military pants to be customized to fit a variety of waist sizes.
From the design to the materials, these Ripstop military cargo pants are made to stand up to heavy usage. Made with double stitched seams and reinforced seat and knees, these pants feature a specialized 'Rip-Stop' material. Rip-stop consists of cotton fibers woven together into a square pattern. This special structure minimizes the damage to the pants in the unfortunate circumstance that they should be torn or ripped. Because of the extra tear resistance built into the rip-stop design, these pants can be made with lighter weight material making them more breathable and more packable. This is which is why rip-stop BDU pants are also called summer weight fatigue pants.
