These women's EMS pants by Tru-Spec have all the durability, function, and comfort of the popular 24-7 tactical pant, with the addition of unique features required by emergency medical professionals. Such features include internal hook and loop pockets and front slot pockets containing 3.25-inch wide straps integrated with each cargo pocket, which are specifically designed to secure medical equipment like shears, tourniquets, and more for quick access when seconds count. This is supplemented by additional storage capability in the form of extra deep front pockets, expandable back pockets, and two knife/accessory pockets to accommodate other critical EMT/EMS gear.
